Captain Darius Kinchan of the Royal Brigade continuing my report from Japan this June 2nd. Our Japanese quest for tea has been mighty fruitful! The latest finding is a tea known as “Sencha.” This tea is as wonderful as the previous teas we have discovered here. It has an astonishing emerald color with the heady aroma of kelp. Another perfect beverage to enjoy with the popular Japanese sushi!
